A: When arriving at our facility, please be mindful of your dog’s temperament with strangers and other dogs, and act accordingly. Before exiting your vehicle, survey the area to assess the presence of other humans, dogs, and vehicles, and proceed with caution. If you need assistance transitioning your dog, please remain in your car or call into the building for help. Dogs must be kept on leash at all times in the parking lot and reception area, and they should have a quick-release collar or harness on. When entering or exiting the building, open doors slowly and ensure that your dog, as well as any other dogs present, do not bolt through the door. Please clean up solid waste using the provided doggy bags and utilize the grass area on the southeast side of the building for potty breaks before and after care as needed. Dogs in the parking lot and inside the building before check-in and after check-out are the full responsibility of the owner to ensure their safety and the safety of others. Use your best judgment and don't hesitate to ask for help if needed!
